Alfen introduces two fully upgraded charging solutions: the Eve Single Plus and the Eve Double Plus. Building on the well-known Eve Single and Eve Double, these new models come with a major technological upgrade—offering higher speed, smarter features, and full readiness for bidirectional charging.
Ready for V2X and the latest charging standards
The Plus models support bidirectional charging (V2X/V2G) in line with ISO 15118-20, the standard set to become mandatory from 2027. This enables energy exchange between the vehicle and the home, building, or grid—ideal for users looking to maximize self-generated solar power or manage energy consumption more intelligently. AutoCharge and Plug & Charge are also standard, making charging faster and easier. No more cards—just plug in and go.
New hardware, higher performance
While the current Eve Single and Eve Double still operate on the previous hardware generation, the Plus models offer a significant performance boost. Both come equipped with next-generation hardware: a faster processor, more stable operation, and improved responsiveness during configuration and back-office integration. Ethernet daisychaining allows multiple chargers to be connected in sequence, making installation quicker and more straightforward.
The upgraded display is brighter and more intuitive, giving users instant feedback. This means fewer questions and smoother operation for installers and operators. The Plus range is also fully compatible with OCPP 2.x, ensuring seamless integration with modern energy management systems.
More configurations, same trusted Alfen quality
The Eve Single Plus is available as either a cable or socket version (white/grey). The Eve Double Plus comes in 1×32A or 2×32A socket variants, or with two 4-meter spiral cables. This makes them just as versatile as their predecessors, now with even more future-proof features. Both chargers are prepared for upcoming EU regulations, available in Eichrecht-compliant versions, and suitable for use at home, in businesses, and at larger charging sites.

Eve Single Plus
The Eve Single Plus is ideal for home and small business environments. It delivers up to 22 kW via a single connector, with a choice of fixed cable, Type 2 socket, or Type 2 socket with shutter. Wall or pole mounting is possible, offering flexible installation options.

Eve Double Plus
The Eve Double Plus is designed for high-traffic locations such as offices, retail, and hospitality. It delivers up to 2×22 kW via dual fixed cables, Type 2 sockets, or sockets with shutters. This offers maximum flexibility and reduces installation costs, as a single charging station can serve two vehicles simultaneously.
