How an Enphase microinverter works

Each solar panel has its own microinverter, which converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) right behind the panel. As a result, there is no high DC voltage on the cabling.

The Envoy collects all data from the microinverters and sends it to the Enlighten software. It also enables firmware updates to be sent to the microinverters. This allows issues to be resolved remotely with ease.

With MyEnlighten, you can easily monitor the entire PV system. It provides an overview of the performance of each individual solar panel.
