Alfen Metal mounting post base

Alfen’s EVE Single/Double charging post can be installed directly on a solid surface, or mounted using a metal or concrete post base. The metal base measures 598 x 204 x 300mm and weighs 7.8kg. The mounting kit is only required in combination with the EV-Go, Twin and PLG series.

Installing the metal post base

Dig a hole of about 50 x 50cm wide and 65cm deep. Place the metal base in this hole. The mounting post can now be fastened to the base with four bolts and washers. Then connect the earthing wire to the post and install the cover plate. Finally, refill the rest of the hole and level.
